Bridge Clinic
Jefferson County Public Health’s (JCPH) Bridge Clinic is a low barrier, harm-reduction based clinic for the treatment of opioid use disorder with suboxone and naltrexone. We are designed to be a short-term program (initiation to maintenance) that “bridges” patients to long-term care with community providers.
Client Information
A shared approach to treatment designed to help you meet your goals, including:
- Medication therapy
- Referrals for mental health support
- A low-barrier, non-abstinence based program
Provider Information
- A low-barrier, non-abstinence based, harm reduction program.
- Medication therapy with suboxone or naltrexone.
- Referrals available for mental health support. Counseling is strongly encouraged, but not required.
- Case management is available on-site and is a standard part of intake and follow-up visits.
How to refer a patient to the Bridge Clinic
- Clients can come to the walk-in clinic on Tuesday mornings or call to make an appointment.
- Walk-in clinic every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Providers can directly refer by completing a digital referral form and fax.
Who to refer
- We accept Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance.
- We do not offer services to adolescents or pregnant patients, but we can assist in connecting these patients to specialized Medication for Opioid Disorder (MOUD) programs.
How to visit us
- Walk-in clinic every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Scheduled appointments are available during normal clinic business hours.
