Climate Action Plan and Dashboard

This webpage is a public resource that provides key information and performance indicators relevant to Jefferson County’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and the Jefferson County Climate Action Plan.

In 2022, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners approved the first Jefferson County Climate Action Plan which was developed over a 12-month period with extensive public engagement and input from industry experts. The interactive dashboard below reports on key metrics observed and measured by the Jefferson County Sustainability Program for implementation tracking of the Climate Action Plan. The dashboard uses data baseline year of 2015 where possible and will be updated annually. Last updated: November 2023.
