The Resilient Jeffco team facilitates several employee innovation programs and trainings that encourage creativity and problem-solving. These programs are available to all county employees and can be accessed on the Jeffco Employee Network (JEN).
Our Bright Ideas platform provides a way for employees to submit an idea (any idea!) through Resilient Jeffco. We will facilitate discussion about the idea and, if applicable, connect you to the appropriate audience to consider next steps.
Challenge Accepted is an innovation management service to support leadership in solving their most pressing business challenges by involving all levels of staff in the problem-solving process. Resilient Jeffco meets with department/division leadership to identify a challenge, communicate the details to employees, engage employees in submitting ideas, and work with that department/division to implement the top ideas. It's a 6-week process that achieves results and addresses a major business problem.
