JCPH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics
JCPH and partners are hosting clinics to provide free COVID-19 vaccines in many locations across the county. Please check this page frequently as we will post new vaccine locations when available. In addition to JCPH clinics, you can find more ways to get a COVID-19 vaccine at www.jeffco.us/COVID-vaccine.
NEW: The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has now been approved for children ages 5-11. JCPH is offering the pediatric vaccine at some vaccination clinic locations as noted below. For more information about the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11, please click here.
Important Information
- Anyone being vaccinated must:
- Be feeling well.
- Not be currently under quarantine for a COVID-19 exposure within the last 14 days.
- Vaccines are free, and insurance is not required.
- No ID is required.
- For all clinics, minors must have a parent or guardian present, or have written or phone consent from a parent of guardian. Written consent forms are available below:

Second Doses
If your vaccine requires a second dose (Pfizer or Moderna), it is very important that you get your second shot as close as possible to the recommended interval, but not any sooner. Getting your second dose will help ensure the vaccine will be most effective to prevent hospitalization or death due to COVID-19.
