The COVID-19 pandemic has had a great impact on both individuals and businesses in our community. Federal, State and Local agencies have created funding programs and grant opportunities to assist and enable people to get through this very difficult time.

Details for businesses and non-profits to apply for emergency funds via the CARES Act.
Jefferson County received $101.7 million in federal relief funds as part of the CARES Act. This funding will help cover costs necessary to respond to the ongoing public health emergency related to COVID-19, and will include the county allocating funds to help: cities, small businesses, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, local government entities, food programs, and county operations.
