Due to social distancing guidelines, customers will be seen for 15-minutes appointments to answer questions or provide status updates on applications & benefits for all Community Assistance programs including food assistance, Medicaid, and financial supports. We will not being seeing customers to complete interviews. If an interview is required, you will be contacted by an eligibility specialist on your schedule date and time. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. For your health and well-being, services are encouraged to be accessed online or virtually whenever possible. When coming into the building for an appointment, customers will be required to follow all public health guidelines including practicing good hygiene, social distancing, and are strongly recommended and encouraged to wear facial coverings. Please see Public Health’s Mask Guidance webpage. The number of people in any common area will be limited to ten and only one person will be permitted to enter the lobby per scheduled appointment.
For your safety, services are encouraged to be accessed on-line or virtually whenever possible. Find information on how to apply for Food Assistance, Medicaid, Employment First, Child Care Assistance, and Colorado Works without coming into the building.
The MyCoBenefits app is available through the Apple and Android app stores. The app can make it easier to report changes, upload important documents using the mobile device camera, check EBT balances and review transactions and expenses.
