Benefits Eligibility Appointments
Customers wishing to meet in person with a benefits eligibility representative are requested to schedule appointments in advance. Appointments are 20-minutes long and may be used to answer questions or provide status updates on applications & current benefits for Food Assistance, Medicaid, Long-Term Care financial eligibility, Employment First, Child Care Assistance, Adult Financial, Colorado Works, and Burial Assistance. These appointments are not for completing program interviews. If an interview is required for a program you applied for or are renewing, you will be contacted by an Eligibility Specialist via phone on your scheduled date and time.
Child Support Services Appointments
Customers with questions about their Child Support cases are requested to schedule appointments in advance. Appointments can be scheduled via the link above. Please select your case manager when scheduling.
Appointment Scheduling
Whenever possible, please schedule your in-person appointment in advance. For your health and well-being, you are encouraged to access services online or virtually. Please sign up for an appointment using the ’book now’ button below. Please note these appointments are not for Long-Term Care case management, emergency COVID rental or mortgage assistance, DMV appointments.

When coming into the building for an appointment, customers are required to follow all public health guidelines including practicing good hygiene and social distancing, and it is strongly recommended and encouraged for individuals in the building to wear facial coverings. Online Services
For your health and safety, services are encouraged to be accessed online or virtually whenever possible. Find information on how to access virtual services for Food Assistance, Medicaid, Long-Term Care financial eligibility, and more without coming into the building. See the Jeffco Community Resources page for information on employment, food, housing, general assistance, and other services.
The MyCoBenefits app is available through the Apple and Android app stores. The app can make it easier to report changes, upload important documents using the mobile device camera, check EBT balances and review transactions and expenses.
