Public Health Closure Information
This information is subject to change. Please call JCPH at 303-232-6301 before you come in.
Many Public Health offices are closed to the public due to COVID-19. However, some services are still available. Please see below.
Parfet Location Front Desk: The front desk will be staffed Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Phones will also be answered during this time. On Fridays, the Parfet building will be closed to public unless you have an appointment with WIC. Vital Records will also remain open on Fridays by appointment only. The front desk phone lines will go to an answering service, but you can still reach WIC and Vital Records on Fridays by calling their direct number.
Clinic Services: The JCPH clinic has limited services operating at this time. Our current hours are:
- Open Monday and Wednesday by appointment only (closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
- Phone hours for scheduling: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Please call 303-239-7078 if you need services such as immunizations, birth control prescriptions or referrals to other health services.
Points West: Points West offers curbside services on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC): WIC is primarily completing appointments over the phone. There are only a few reasons that a participant would need to come into the office. If they need to come into the office, our Arvada and Lakewood offices are the only locations open to the public. (Wheat Ridge and Littleton locations are closed). Clients must call WIC first to set up a time to come in. Clients may need to come in for the following reasons:
- New client needing an eWIC card issued
- Mom needing a pump issued
Vital Records: We are accepting birth and death certificate requests via appointment only. We will also continue to accept these requests via email or fax. Mortuary deliveries are running daily. To make an appointment, call 303-271-6450.
Nurse Home Visitation Programs: These programs are operating via tele-health visits.
