Jefferson County Resident At-Large. Matthew started his career in finance operations for various banking and mortgage servicing companies, focusing on operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Currently, he is in a finance leadership role at Denver International Airport. His background includes: budgeting, capital planning, contract services, and procurement.
Neighboring Business Owner. Randy has spent 30 years as an international entrepreneur and business professional. He owns an aircraft and a hangar at the airport and is intimately involved in the aviation community.
Stephanie Troller, CEcD
Neighboring Jurisdiction. Stephanie is the Senior Economic Development Officer for the City of Westminster, where she oversees business development. She is a certified economic developer and has her Master’s in Public Administration. Her background includes development, policy, and community outreach.
Current RMMA Tenant. Phil is a retired United Technologies Senior Executive and led heavy mx, structure and electronic manufacturing business units. Phil is also Chief Mentor Pilot for the Colorado Wing of Angel Flight West, and bases his TR182 at RMMA.
David D. Moser
Current RMMA Tenant. David has been a resident of Jefferson County since 1996 and has been an active pilot at RMMA throughout that time. He is currently employed by Cirrus Aircraft as Vice President, Fleet and Special Mission Aircraft. David has global responsibility for commercial operations and sales to Cirrus' institutional government agencies. David's aviation career began with Diamond Aircraft, where he was Director of Fleet Sales. David previously held executive management, sales, and business development positions with leading high-technology companies, including: General Electric, GTE, Sun Microsystems, and Advanced Energy. David holds a FAA Commercial Pilot certificate and airplane Flight Instructor ratings as a CFI, CFII and MEI. He has over 4,000 flight hours and is type-rated in the Cirus SF-50 Vision Jet.
