License Agreement: Small Cell Tower

Jefferson County receives requests from wireless providers and infrastructure companies to construct small cell facilities in public right-of-way. License Agreements are required for installation.

Initial Application

Requests for Small Cell equipment on new or existing poles require a Small Cell Tower License Agreement to use county right-of-way.
