Courage Walk

Celebrating the Courage of Victims of Crime

In response to the highly contagious COVID-19, the 2020 Courage Walk has been cancelled.

Each year the District Attorney’s Office joins with law enforcement and victim service providers to honor and celebrate the courage of victims of crime. The Courage Walk is held each year during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. This year’s theme is "Seek Justice - Ensure Victims’ Rights - Inspire Hope.

While it is likely that all public events and celebrations in honor of victims of crime will be cancelled in the name of safety during this pandemic, we must recognize their strength and courage through social media and other available avenues
