Pay a Ticket

After receiving a ticket/citation in an Open Space park, payment must be received within twenty (20) calendar days of the citation issue date.

Payments may be made online (Web) or by check or money order.

Jeffco Open Space only accepts payments via online or mail. In-person payments are not accepted.

After twenty (20) calendar days
If payment is not received within twenty (20) calendar days of the citation issue date, the unpaid summons will be forwarded to the Jefferson County Courts and require a mandatory court appearance on the date listed on the citation. Additional court costs may be incurred. Once a citation is over twenty (20) calendar days without payment, questions can be directed to Jefferson County Court Clerk’s Office at 720-772-2590.
