Advises the Board of County Commissioners on capital construction and fees at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds Advisory Committee determines allowable uses, procedures and regulations of the fairgrounds.
Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at the Fairgrounds’ Rocky Mountain Conference Room.
The Fairgrounds Advisory Committee consists of seven members, serving three-year terms.
Members must have a general interest in activities conducted at the fairgrounds, including equestrian events, animal care and management, trade shows, meetings and other events.
