Agents may not file online using this form. Only the owner of the property may file online.
Agents must complete the paper form with the notice of value and appeal in person, or by mail, and submit written permission from owner for the agent to appeal the property.

It is important that you provide pertinent information supporting your estimate of value. The sales used to develop the current year actual value are listed on the assessor's web site.
