- County Cultural Council
The council is comprised of a dynamic, nine-member volunteer committee appointed by the Jefferson County Commissioners.
It manages the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) Tier III grant application process and make funding recommendations as to how SCFD Tier III funds should be allocated to arts, culture and science organizations in Jefferson County.
For the time being, the County Cultural Council meetings will be held virtually. The annual meeting calendar is set by the Council.

The County Cultural Council consists of nine members serving a maximum of two, three-year terms. Two members represent each of the three County Commissioners’ districts and three serve as at-large members.
