Countywide Transportation Plan

The Countywide Transportation Plan (CWTP) was adopted in 1998 and was updated in 2002 through the incorporation of an Addendum. The CWTP encompasses all of Jefferson County, including the incorporated municipalities, but is not intended to replace plans adopted by each jurisdiction. Rather, the Countywide Transportation Plan is intended to be a dynamic tool designed to enhance coordination among jurisdictions by identifying transportation projects, needs, and priorities. This 2014 Addendum replaces the previous Addendum and supplements the 1998 Countywide Transportation Plan.
