Jefferson County’s Aging Well Project has re-branded to Age-Friendly Jefferson County. Did you know that Jefferson County is officially designated as an Age-Friendly community? The designation is an acknowledgment of our inclusive, accessible, and supportive community which works to strengthen the well-being of all residents.
