Financial Assistance strengthens individuals, families, and communities by promoting their safety, stability, and independence. In order to speak on the behalf of, of gather any information about, the individual receiving benefits, you must get this Authorized Representative Form (PDF) signed and into Human Services.
Burial Assistance provides cash assistance to eligible Colorado residents to help with the cost of a funeral, burial or cremation.
