The Pretrial Office is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19. If you have been ordered to pretrial supervision, call 303-271-6528 for instructions to complete your intake. A case manager will communicate with you by phone or email to explain the requirements and answer any questions you may have.
Pretrial Officers interview arrested persons suspected of committing crimes and provide information to the court for determination of bond and release conditions. If pretrial release is granted, the judge may order the defendant to pretrial supervision through Pretrial Services. A pretrial case manager provides supervision of the defendant’s compliance with bond conditions, court appearances and Global Positioning System (GPS) or substance abuse monitoring.
