Communities That Care (CTC) is an evidence-based process that helps prevent problems before they start.
“Let’s Clear the Air We Share” is an educational campaign that was created in partnership with communities across Jefferson County to inform residents and visitors about existing laws related to outdoor smoking and vaping, educate about the harms of secondhand smoke and vapor and inspire everyone to work together to keep the air we share clean and healthy for all.
With support and funding from CDPHE through The Prescription Drug Overdose Prevention for Communities grant, JCPH is working to address the harmful impact of prescription opioid overdose in Jefferson County.
Tobacco use is the leading cause of preventable death in the United States and in Colorado.
