COVID-19 UPDATE FOR VICTIM WITNESS CENTER

In response to the highly contagious COVID-19, the District Attorney’s Victim Witness Center at the courthouse is closed to walk-in traffic in an attempt to reduce the risk of infection to our community.

If you go to the District Attorney’s Victim Witness Center at the courthouse, you will find that the doors are closed, but you will see instructions on the door for contacting a staff member. If you have business with someone at the Victim Witness Center, call 303-271-6550 and someone will come out to assist you.

If you are a victim in a case, please go directly to the courtroom.

The DA’s Office has adjusted its operation to include necessary social distancing during this pandemic. All function of the DA’s Office will continue, but the DA’s Office operates as part of a complex criminal justice system which also involves the courts, the Sheriff’s Office, and defense attorneys.
