You’ll need all of the following to be able to submit a successful plan for review in the Planning and Zoning category. For this category, please refer to the Planning and Zoning checklist specific for your project.

  • Application
    • Please complete both sides
  • Survey
  • Site Plan
  • Deeds
    • Current and possibly Pre-1972
    • If required, include access easements
  • Driveway Engineering
    • If required, include on-site fire district letter if approving alternate standards
  • Fire District Letter
    • If required for offsite private road
  • Water and Sanitation
    • If required this could include water/sewer letter, well permit, septic information, well yield test
  • Soils Report (if required)
  • Soils Investigation Form (if required)
