Healthy Jeffco Network

The Healthy Jeffco network [external link] is comprised of multi-sector organizations in Jefferson County working collectively to make Jefferson County a healthier place to live, learn, work and play. Through participation in various coalitions, described below, participants are working together to align efforts and leverage resources to create greater impact.

Coalitions

Healthy Jeffco is working to create system and policy level changes. It is comprised of six coalitions, or “CoINs” (Coalitions Integrated in the Network) focused in the following areas.

1. Active Living
2. Food Policy
3. Healthy Beverages
4. School Wellness
5. Preventive and Behavioral Health
6. Health in Early Childhood
