Commissioner Francone is a small business owner and operator of two Littleton-based companies. She is also an active merit badge counselor for the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts. Previously, she worked in supervisory roles within customer service as well as a paralegal for large organizations where she specialized in multiple facets of fraud prevention.
Commissioner Francone was elected to the RTD Board of Directors in 2014 serving the southern and western portions of Jefferson County. She resigned from this post in January, 2018 after being elected by a county GOP vacancy committee to fill an open seat in Commissioner District Three. She is active in her community as the past president and newsletter editor for the Columbine Hills Civic Association. She and her husband, Frank, are longtime residents of Littleton and their son attends Columbine High School.

Commissioner Francone serves as the county's alternate on Colorado Counties, Inc. Legislative Committee, Denver Regional Council of Governments, First Judicial District Court Services Advisory Board, I-70 Mountain Coalition and Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority Board.
