Jefferson County Public Health regularly collects and publishes local health records and statistics. Find helpful information on birth and death certificates, ambulance services licensing, JCPH’s Community Health Assessment as well as local disease data.
Jefferson County Public Health Vital Records issues birth and death certificates, as well as burial permits, as mandated by Colorado State law.
Ambulance Services issues licenses to operate ambulance services in accordance with Jefferson County Resolution CC95-2.
Every five years, Jefferson County Public Health, in collaboration with the Jefferson County Board of Health, Jefferson County Health Council and numerous community partners, organizations and government agencies, undergoes a comprehensive community health improvement planning process resulting in a Jefferson County Community Health Needs Assessment and a Community Health Improvement Plan.
Jefferson County Public Health regularly publishes studies, surveys and reports on the status of health issues in Jefferson County.
