The Boettcher Mansion is not currently offering History Tours.
Call ahead for visiting availability because we are heavily booked and the mansion may not be entirely open to the public. Upon entering the lobby, visitors can either pick up a pamphlet with information about the mansion’s floorplan, interior features and furnishings, or they can ask for a brief tour from a staff member (if available).
The mansion’s interior is largely intact, except for a 1986 lobby addition and a 2007 kitchen / storage remodel. Highlights include historically appropriate paint colors and wallpaper patterns, along with an extensive collection of mission-style furnishings (primarily re-issued Stickley).
Groups desiring a more in-depth tour focusing on the social and architectural significance of our 1917 Arts & Crafts-style landmark must make a reservation at least one week in advance by calling 720-497-7632. We gladly accept donations for all impromptu tours. Customized tours are $5 per person. Please note that any client-reserved rooms will be off-limits to the public.
The Fireside Room, Lobby, Carriage House, Patios, Aspen and Meadow Rooms are wheelchair accessible.
