Perched on top of Lookout Mountain in Golden, CO, the former Boettcher Manion Roomseasonal home and hunting lodge was Colorado businessman Charles Boettcher’s private retreat…and now we want it to be yours! 

Whether you choose the Fireside Room, Carriage House, or another smaller space, you’ll enjoy our natural forest setting complete with hiking trails and deer, elk and squirrels who might even greet you at the gate.
