The Business & Workforce Center provides resources to create successful connections between job seekers and employers in Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin counties. 

Resources for Job Seekers

We offer a range of free job and career services, including training opportunities and job fairs, and information about unemployment resources. We help people of all ages and stages of work life, from newcomers to those in the workforce to career changers; from those with decades in their jobs, to those re-entering the workforce after time off. We have job and career resources for people in a wide variety of fields, including in the trades, the tech sector, and the service industry. Our goal is to link you to tools that guide you on your way to success..

Resources for Businesses

We offer a range of free services to enhance your recruitment and training efforts. We have resources for employers across all industries. Additionally, we provide advice and lend support during layoffs. Our goal is to help employers and job seekers find each other, get the resources they need, network, and create successful working partnerships.
