The Jefferson County Business & Workforce Center provides resources to create successful connections between job seekers and employers in Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin counties.
The Business Services team offers a variety of free services to support the development of your organization. Resources include layoff support, hiring events, work-based learning (WBL) programs, and financial assistance. Our goal is to connect businesses to resources, networks, and strengthen your talent pipeline.

The Business Services team can help strengthen your talent pipeline through recruitment and retention support. Our Business Services team offers confidential support to businesses going through restructurings, layoffs, or staff terminations. We assist with staff communication, unemployment benefit guidance, and connecting employees to Career Coaches.

Business Services supports employers through various grants and resources. We offer funding for employers to upskill current staff, pursue work-based learning, and pandemic recovery. We’re also able to connect your business with local Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Divisions.
