Notice

As part of their meeting on Feb. 25, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners evaluated Fairgrounds Operations while looking at the budget challenges facing the county. The commissioners directed staff to pursue a path that preserves youth, equine and agriculture activities. If you are interested in booking event space and your event focuses on youth, equine or agriculture activities, please submit your Event Request for Proposal.

Reserving Fairgrounds Facilities & Venues

Thank you for considering Jefferson County Fairgrounds as the destination for your upcoming event. All facilities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. As the first step in this process, prospective Applicants must submit a completed request for proposal (RFP) below. This process must be completed by all Applicants, including recurring events.
