Please make an appointment to obtain your license in person.* Note: Only the two applicants will be permitted in the office. Please complete the online application form ahead of time.
*If you are making an appointment from out of state, please note your appointment is for local Mountain time.
Motor Vehicle branch offices are not issuing marriage licenses at this time.
Both persons should be present to apply. If this is not possible, one party must appear with a completed and notarized absentee affidavit as well as approved original identification for the absent party.
