Between January 2004 and January 2005 Nicole Kathleen Bailey, DOB: 5-24-74, of Westminster, and three codefendants created and forged or cashed over 260 checks to merchants in the Denver metro area such as King Soopers, Best Buy, Sam's Club, COSTCO, Dominos, Hobby Lobby, Walmart and the Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. Most of the checks were drawn on active accounts at Commercial Federal. The total losses were over $36,000. |
