REPORT CONCERNS REGARDING THE WELFARE OR SAFETY OF CHILDREN

How

Before you contact us by phone, email or by our online form please provide as much of the following information as possible in regard to the child(ren),  you are concerned about.  It is important for you to provide as much information as possible to ensure the safety and welfare of the individuals involved.


First we need:

  • The child’s full name,
  • age,
  • date of birth,
  • parents full names,
  • family’s valid home address,
  • family's phone number
  • and specifics concerns of abuse/neglect.


Now

2. E-mail childabusehotline@co.jefferson.co.us. 

3. Fill out our online form
