Boards & Commissions: Citizen Review Panel

Number of openings: 0

Duties:
The board conducts hearings to ascertain the legitimacy of complaints against Human Services programs and submits recommendations to the Director of Human Services regarding their resolutions.

Required or suggested qualifications:

  • Members must be representative of the community
  • Have demonstrable personal or professional knowledge and experience with children
  • Not be employees of the county department of Human Services
  • At least one member must be a parent of a minor child at the time of his/her appointment.

Meetings:
As needed

Number of persons and length of terms:
Six (6) regular members, two (2) year terms
